Lately there has been a lot of buzz about Cappadocia, a unique historical region in Central Turkey. The most photographed scenes of Cappadocia include a number of colorful hot air balloons floating over the "fairy chimney houses" that were once carved out of the rocks years ago. For those that are used to big, urban cities, a trip to the towns in Cappadocia would be a different experience and a refreshing change of pace. I loved Istanbul, but if I had more time in Turkey, I think this would've been a cool area to visit. What do you think? Is hot air ballooning in Cappadocia the next big thing in European travel trends?
